Organizing a high school group college tour can be an extremely rewarding experience for educators, students, and parents alike. However, there are many logistical challenges dealing with hotels, meals, campus information, flyers for parents & students, SPAB certified drivers, bus driver hours, payments, etc.

Step 1: Contact an IST Campus Tours representative. Together you will develop a travel itinerary that includes your desired schools and meets your budget.
Step 2: Shortly after your initial meeting, you will receive a custom price quote for review. The price quote will detail your itinerary and all inclusions. At this time, if needed, the itinerary can be adjusted.
Step 3: After you approve the price quote you will then set a deposit due date and decide on a payment plan. We will then provide you with all of the necessary registration forms and promotional materials. You may host a parent meeting to address any questions about the tour.
Step 4: Registration forms with deposit payments can be collected at school and then mailed as a group or individually by each parent. Additionally, parents have access to our online registration portal. We can tailor a format that best fits your needs. Our office will send out monthly invoices directly to the students.
Step 5: Once we receive the initial deposits or Purchase Order, we will begin securing your travel arrangements.
Step 6: Our Customer Relations Team will be on hand to answer any questions and assist with account related inquiries. You will be updated with monthly group rosters and any other information you may require throughout the planning process.
Step 7: A week before departure we will send the lead chaperone the final Confirmation Packet and supplies. This will include all the hotel, bus, and final tour details as well as information on the campuses. In addition, our Operations team will schedule a Pre-Departure Call to review the final itinerary in more detail.

Step 9: Our goal is to consistently provide high quality campus tours for our student groups. In an effort to continuously improve our services, we like to hear from our group leaders by completing the tour survey at the conclusion of your tour.
